Enbock Fever

This is really Singapore phenomena, “Enbock fever”. With recently Singapore property market has been unexpected prosperous, many have been caught this fever. I happen to stay right in the center of fever range, the condo I am living was among the first had gone through the collective sales processes, yet, people are still entangled with the feverish side effect. - "The lawsuit"

It is publicly known that three senior councils representing three parties of the collective sales to fight over the collective sales deal. That makes this place quite infamous. Three parties are, the consenting parties who have signed the sales agreement with the buyer, the non consenting party who did not signed the sales agreement and the third groups who are those have signed the sales agreement, but want to rescind and wish to be opted out the whole deals.

As far as I concern, we have signed the collective agreement, individual as well as collectively, the later development of market price is out of picture. One shall honor what they agree. If however, in unforeseen circumstance, the contract will not be perform within agreed time line, the signed parties can be released from the bonding duty of this contract, other than this, any action to rescind is not honorable. What do these people want? More money, but they fail to release that they are facing heavy liability, if the buyer claims damage and loss for sellers. The heavyweight lawyer, Mr Shummugan is representing the buyer party. In my opinion, they have a strong case. I just wish the whole thing will be honorably and peacefully settled.
