The gap bwt the rich and the poor

We are living in a world where the gap between the rich and the poor is as the heaven and the hell.

BBC reported a family of eight in Kenya lives upon an income less than 6 $US dollar per month. The food for the family is constantly scarce. The school uniform for one of their children will cost 3 $US and without uniform the child is not allowed to attend school. It is hard to believe, in our modern society, such kind of poverty is still existing.

On the contrast, some of the rich bankers will have a bonus of millions of dollars. The increased oil price will bring "some minorities" handsome gains of "easy money".

Today, as we had our lunch, I told our children to be grateful for the food on the table and clothes and home we have. Comparing to those poor people, we are so much luckier and our nation is so much blessed.

It is of humanity and charitable cause that the rich shall help the poor. "remember the poor" That "the one who has more will not gather more, and the one who has less will not lack."
