It is holiday now. Children are having six weeks long holiday.
At first, we were thinking to go overseas for "holiday". However, the more we think about it, the less we think the idea of going overseas is attractive.
-Holiday season also means peak season. We have to pay "surcharge" to everywhere we want to go; that also means extra crowded;
- Besides the cost, travelling with a group of six is certainly not easy. I am dreadful to even think about packing.
- Other concerns like healthy food, sleeping arrangement and occasional sickness ...
So, we decide to have our holiday at our home. For past two weeks, we did as following:
6:00 Paul get up to feed his cat, Penny, a stray cat he befriends with
7:00 Paul and Dad start tennis lesson, they play three time a week
8:00 The rest of family wake up, having a nice, health breakfast
9:00 Children play piano, read some story books
10:30 We go to swimming pool or go for a outdoor stroll
12:30 Lunch
1:30 we all have a nap (what a luxury)
3:00 Children either watch a movie, or go outdoor play
6:00 Dinner
7:30 Story time with Dad, or visit grandma
We are planning trips to Sentosa, and Bird park, with so many visitors swamp into Singapore, what not we take advantage of enjoying at home.
My neighbour just came back from Genting Highland, she told me "It was so crowded, everywhere, and food was lousy"
